Keep in mind that when using these adapters you'll have to tighten whatever you use to hold the seat post, a lot tighter. They are slick and the seat wants to move after you put the spacer.

Just have to make sure you have a good clamp. You are trying to compress two tubes over the seat post so you will need to tighten a little extra.
