First thing: not delivered on the estimated time! Liar! (There's no bad weather).2nd: you need to have your own tools for the screw.Lastly: I bought it because of the free arm which I thought could be useful, but it's opposite! It's very USELESS!Just got it today February 8, 2017 and they should have delivered it on February 7, 2017!I am a genuine customer and not a robot. I have pictures to prove. The mannequin looks cheap!

This is a great, sturdy dress form. It will not tip over and fall apart on you. The pinnable surface could be deeper. I really have to angle my pins. Shoulders go in and out easily, the attachable arm is easy too. Simple mechanism to raise and lower the dress form too.

Excellent dress form. Much better than I expected with the great price. You can actually pin all the way through and it's true to size. The base is heavy and sturdy.

This dress form is ok. Pins do not go all the way through, they need to be angled in order to stick in securely. The metal on the bottom cage in the bottom of my form came bent and the wheels do not roll around smoothly.

I bought this a few months back and it seems to be working just fine for me. It started falling after I adjusted it to the highest level but other than that it serves me well. Also, I can't remember if it came with any assembly instructions but if it did they sucked. I pretty much had to figure it out on my own.
