Its nice, took me 1 hour 30mins to assemble it.Only thing I wish it had was something to guide the bed in and out but it's not that big of a deal. Think 8 inch bed is the max you can go for the under bed. Update after 2 months the pull out bed broke. I sat on it an it snapped right in the middle of the side bar. I am 5'11 175 pounds . Everything else is great . Just stinks that part broke

Took 2 people to put together. Instructions were easy to follow. Works beautifully. This helps reserve space in my small room and allows me to have an extra bed in the home or a larger bed if needed.
