I bought this mini pc a couple months ago. I worked fine. We were able to add hard drive to it and worked fast. The power supply stopped working and went through the steps to get it replaced. The customer service made you go through steps to video the problem. We emailed it and no response. I would not recommend buying because their no quality service when their equipment breaks.

I bought this for to replace my wife's aging desktop. Golly, it's really small, low power, must faster than her years old one and includes Windows 11. We're happy with this purchase and only had to buy a new wireless keyboard and mouse.

I have four Lenovo computers, all purchased refurbished, all built in China. The T61 laptop, 17 years old, just stopped working. The X220 laptop still chugs along. My main home desktop is a Think Centre I5 2500, in daily use for twelve years. An I7 2700 still serves my office. I say this because I am hoping that Ace Magician is sourcing components and selling products that will last for a while. Quality products like Lenovo come out of China. This Ace Magician works well for everything I ask of it, and I am pleased enough with this purchase. I'll know in four or six years how it measures up. But I like how it works now.

This little desktop has a very small footprint. It takes up almost no space on my desk. The specs are decent - especially for the price. Windows 11 Pro. I use this for playing older games like Doom Eternal, Rage, Wolfenstein New Order, Titanfall 2, etc. They all play great with decent frame rates and no glitching. Not sure how the video processor would stand up to brand new games, but for those older ones in my Steam library, excellent. Well worth the price.

This little computer really packs a punch. I have a personal recording studio and it runs Studio One 7 without an issue at all.

I got this on a Black Friday deal and, for my use, its value proposition was the best I found. When it arrived, I was very pleased with the packaging and the apparent build quality of the computer itself. The case is plastic, but very well made and appears to be robust. I'm not crazy about the shape of the unit -- with the curved sides you can only stand it up one way. But I could see that from the picture so no deduction for it. I was happily surprised when I found that it included Win11 Pro (it didn't say Pro in the listing). I had a question about a discrepancy in the manual and emailed the seller. They got back to me within two days, which is to be expected for a relatively small company.

I have been buying AceMagic PC's for clients due to their overall high reliability. Last week I stepped into a mess with a downed server at a client site. Luckily I had backups but I need a cheap reliable host to restore to until we can get the server back on its feet. We received this Mini AceMagic in about 2 days and within 15 min had Proxmox VE running with the VM's migrating over from backup. At first I felt something was missing because everything we restored, about 8 VM's and 2 LXC's, and they where all running smooth as silk. Im starting to wonder if we should even bother trying to restore the old server and maybe just re-commit it to another project as this thing is handling everything this Poweredge T340 was running without breaking a sweat.I might pick up a couple more of these just to have as backups because for the price, you just cant beat them.
