You can choose the proper input voltage (110V/220V) by a black switch to avoid damaging. Left is: AC 110V, Right is AC 220V. Please set the switch to 110V for USA/CA. 2. The 12V 30A output voltage can be regulated by ±15%, which greatly expand its application range. There is a yellow botton on the right corner. Turn the yellow button clockwise, the output voltage could be fine tuning. 3. The max use of power should be no more than 80% of the full loads, otherwise,the power supply's spanlife will be shortened. We recommend you to use this 12V 30A 360W power supply to power devices less than 24A 288W. 4. This Unit "DOES NOT" comes with installation instruction, wiring cable, on/off switch, or screws. Professional installation of qualified electrician is highly recommended. 5. High Voltage inside, do not remove the cover. Dust the switcher out every 2 or 3 months if necessary. Why does the LED power supply stop working？ Maybe the overcurrent protective switch (in the power supply) disconnect. Please unplug your AC cable, it's important! Then wait about 10 minutes. It will be auto recovered. Then reconnected it, it will work well.

I received this power supply damaged but the box wasn’t damaged. I am not sure if it works or not, I haven’t tried it yet. Just irks me that I paid for it and it’s bent. I really need it and I will update you on whether it works or not.

I bought this so I could plug my diesel heater in to a regular electric outlet. My electric knowledge is poor but it is labeled for easy connection and works great.

Great value. The pre-tapped holes made mounting pretty easy. It would be nice if it had "ears" with mounting holes for screws but I made it work. I am using it to power a 12v diesel heater and the fans never turn on.

This is the 3rd power supply I've tried to drive a single 6 ft. length of 3528 LEDs. The first two had a noticeable power-on delay and ran dangerously hot. Well, 3rd time's a charm - instant on and stays cool. Yes, it's a 10 amp unit just to drive 2 amps of load, but the price is right and...it works great!

Using to power amateur radio (Ham) that draws 22 amps. (30 amp version purchased). Works well with no noticeable interference in radio audio, and cooling fan is quiet. 4 stars because I have a similar 20 amp power supply (made for PCs) that runs cooler than this one and has never strained enough to activate the cooling fan. Recommended for amateur radio.
