I'm giving these parchment paper sheets a solid 5-star rating because they do exactly what they claim to do, and they do it well. For years, I've battled with those rolls of parchment paper that never want to tear straight and always try to curl back up the second you put them in the pan. It's a small annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless.These pre-cut sheets eliminate that completely. I was surprised to find they fit my standard 9x13 baking pans perfectly, right to the edge. There's no trimming or fussing involved. You just pull one out of the box and lay it in the pan.The non-stick quality is spot on. My wife makes a killer lasagna, and with these sheets, cleanup is unbelievably simple. We just lift the whole paper out, and the pan underneath is practically clean. Nothing sticks to it. I can't really find a single thing to dislike about this product. It's a straightforward item that solves a common kitchen headache, and the convenience alone makes it worth every bit of the 5-star rating.

We were out of parchment paper and typically only use it for our large toaster oven. These sheets fit perfectly on our toaster oven pan and with 120 sheets they will last a while! They come in a very thin box that fit perfect in my cupboard. I love that they are pre-cut and I don’t have to worry about tearing off the right size. They hold up well in the oven and don’t curl! That alone makes them worth it for me. I have not had to clean the pan since they arrived. I have made bagels, chicken, reheated pizza, roasted veggies and they have worked out great every time! No sticking and no mess.

I've always used paper from the grocery, in a box on a roll! These sheets sounded good. I had no idea how handy and easy they would turn out to be! I use them for all my baking and they work flawlessly. I freeze fruits for sorbet on them and they work like a charm. Not having to deal with the curling edges is wonderful. I never realized how irritating that was until no longer have to do it! Recommend these whole heartedly!

This product is all about convenience, and it delivers. The sheets fit perfectly into my standard 9x13 inch baking pans with no trimming needed. The paper itself feels like good quality parchment – reasonably thick with that non-stick, silicone-like coating. It claims to be safe up to 450°F, which covers most typical baking needs.Using them is a breeze. Just pull out a sheet, drop it in the pan, and you're ready to go. I've used them for baking casseroles and sheet cakes, and they work perfectly. Nothing sticks to the parchment, making lifting food out and cleaning the pan incredibly easy. They hold up well in the oven without burning or curling excessively at normal temperatures. The pack comes with 120 sheets, which should last quite a while.For anyone who frequently uses 9x13 pans, these precut sheets are a fantastic time-saver. They work exactly as expected, simplify baking and cleanup significantly, and the value for 120 sheets is great. Five stars – a simple product that makes life easier.

This parchment paper works great, I guess the same as every other parchment paper I have ever used. The pre-cut sheets are very helpful/handy. However, be aware that these are quarter sheet size, so only half as big as a standard home cookie sheet. (Tge pictures can be a bit misleading.). I have a combination oven that only fits 1/4 sheet size pans so these are perfect for my needs, but I guess you could use 2 sheets of a normal sheet pan. I use the sheets when air frying or baking in the combo oven and it saves a lot of mess and sticking on my pans. I love being able to just grab a sheet instead of having to measure and cut sheets off the roll. I can never get the rolled sheets quite right so I either have to pull out scissors or fold the end to get it to fit the pan. And then the rolled parchment always wants to curl up on the ends so I have to fight that. The precut sheets fit perfect and always lay flat. It is a small thing, but really nice.

Okay, it's about half the thickness of parchment paper on a roll. Of course, the roll kind is almost impossible to keep flat. I don't expect the thinness to affect the benefits of parchment paper - easy cleanup, no sticking, etc.We used this for cookies yesterday. One of the benefits of parchment paper is, you can pick up the cookies as soon as they won't burn your fingers. No spatula necessary.Update: I forgot to mention the bottom of the cookies came out a little darker. That might be solved if you use the temperature/time for dark pans (my pans are light).My mistake - I didn't measure my pan. I kind of assumed there was a "standard" size for a standard cookie sheet. Make sure you measure your pan. These are 9 x 13". Since one sheet is not big enough for my cookie sheet, I can cut two pieces to size. Trying to cut to size from a roll is a nightmare but flat sheets like this shouldn't be difficult. This fits my casserole pan perfectly though. It will be nice to not have to butter and flour the pan for cakes and to have the cake not stick to the pan.I thought this was unbleached parchment but that is not what the package says. The package says "wood color". No idea what that means.The outside package is a very tight fit. The sheets are in a plastic envelope with a flap with an adhesive strip on it. Plan for where you are going to store it without the outside package.
