I can't fault the seller or the item -- these are as described, 31.5" long. But if you're buying them to hold a man's suit or sportcoat, note that you'll want to get a version longer than 31.5".

I’m really happy with these garment bags! They’re clear, zip up easily, and are perfect for keeping clothes I don’t wear often free from dust. I was specifically looking for see-through bags, and these are just the right size—23.6 x 47.2 inches. They fit different types of clothing really well, which is super convenient. You get 5 for $12.99, which is such a great deal. The zippers work smoothly, and I didn’t have any issues with tearing. Totally satisfied!

Winter's about done, and it's time to change my closets from heavy cold-weather clothes to spring/summer. I have been looking for quality garment bags to stash away those wool and corduroy items. This set of 5 bags is terrific - smooth zipper action and the material is transparent, bug and dust-proof. Just what I was looking for.
