Very twisted and awkward looking on safety helmet. I looked like the cat from Puss and Boots. It didn't provide much shade due to twisted metal rim.

This brim was WAY too small for my helmet. In fact it barely fits my naked head. The wired brim also has a funky bend in it. My only regret is I waited too late to try it out so I could not return it.

no matter what I did to it the bend never came out of it...would not buy again... thought all my coworkers would like it and ask where i got it from but they all said it looked dumb because of the bend.

I have this on a smooth side bike helmet that looks a bit like an equine helmet. It’s a good tight fit. Lucky really that it fits so well. But the thing is not normally friendly while riding a bike. The brim position changes what it does with the wind. My solution was to sew a ring of Velcro loop on the outside center where it wraps the helmet. Then sew hook strips on the outside of the brim. I attach the sides to the helmet and it keeps the face overhang section fairly consistent. Bonus is it looks supper cool, like a cowboy hat.

The product works well but it came folded up and needed to be flattened and heated with a hair dryer to be right.

The picture is right out of the box and on my new Petzl vertex helmet. Fits well, the shape of the brim is perfect. Seems good for the money. Material around the helmet is bulky. It took a bit of patience to get the tension right with the attachment points.

Just what I needed for keeping the sun out of my eyes during the summer. It slipped securely into the headlamp clips on may Petzl Vertex Vent helmet yet was easy to remove at the end of the outdoor season. my new "brim" stayed a little bit wonky, but everyone thought I did it on purpose for fashion.
