How to Use
1. Attached the arbor to the rubber wheel and tighten.
2. Attached the arbor to the drill chuck and tighten.
3. Apply light pressure to the top of the decal, working back and forth until adhesive is removed.
4. Apply a mild solvent to remove the remaining glue and residue if necessary.
