I got these handles to be the grab bars at the top of the ladder into the kids clubhouse. They're very well made. The studs are on plates that are welded to the handle tubes and everything is ground smooth and polished.The included hardware is excellent. I usually don't anticipate being able to use the hardware that comes with products like this as it tends to be very generic, not here. The hardware appears to be an equal grade stainless steel.The handles are intended for boats, but they could be used in basically any application that they fit your dimensional requirements as they're pretty universal in application. It doesn't say the type of stainless in the listing (316, 304, etc) but they at least have the appearance of being 316 (I use it in multiple applications, hardware, fencing, etc.).
