No instructions or description of how or where to use it, but i end up making it work with some imagination and extra screws, and my couch fells like brand new. Was quote 1k on repair, so this is a amazing turn out!

The springs were a challenge to replace on our sofa - we ended up pulling out and reusing the clips that were previously attached to the sofa because there were no instructions for using the included clips. We contacted the seller and they sent a couple of videos which would not open. It was disappointing. In the end we were able to fix our sofa and make it usable again. Would have given them 5 stars if they had included instructions for the clips.

I'd found a leather recliner at the curb. Upholstery and frame were in great shape, but 2 springs had broken. These were the perfect fit to replace. A little difficult to install, but that's because I didn't disassemble anything. Once I figured out the first one, the second slid right into position. The chair is back to almost-new condition.

**UPDATE** A month after I installed these, the springs sagged. Will just go ahead and pay more for better springs.I had bought a Lane recliner 1 1/2 years ago and already when I sat in it, I sagged to one side. Purchased these, which are heavy made springs (and a great value!), put them on and they made my recliner new again. (Lane should invest in better springs for what they charge for their recliners). I didn’t use the clips that were sent, just unhooked the old springs from each end, ‘tucked’ the new springs under the old ones and attached the new springs in the existing clips on each end. For the middle of the chair where a cord goes from side to side, I secured the old and new springs together with a heavy duty zip tie. Hey...I’m an Okie girl..so yes I thought about duct tape first but figured the heavy duty zip ties would be easier lol.

I installed these springs on my loveseat October 5th. It is now October 30th, the same year, and the springs have sunken down. I am around 250 lb and get up and down from sitting more than the average person. It is possible that someone lighter would not have this issue. In the end I will have to buy another set of replacement springs, so I am not saving any money buying the cheapest ones. You get what you pay for.

Work prefect for our couch. Made it feel like a whole new comfy couch again. Easy install. We used the old clips that where still good so just needed to slide new springs in holes. I needed to pull the spring down while my husband slid the end in.

2 springs broke at the same time in my favorite recliner. I did a quick measurement and went to Amazon. There were several choices and this one was admittedly the lowest price. Did not want to invest too much until I found out if it would work and I could do the job. Not only did the springs work they were a perfect match and very easy to install. I did not use the Z clips because the new springs fit the old clips. Now I am relaxing in my recliner while I write this.
