I look forward to working on this project, because I've been dreaming of a nice trellis along our fenceline to plant vines. Anyhoo, I think it should be strong enough to support the weight of the vines, and I look forward to seeing my dream come true.

I’ll be able to run cross wires between some of my top-wired rows for vines to run across. I have only just begun thinking about creative ways I can put these to use with my garden structures.

I wanted to make a secure fence using barbed wire in an "X" pattern, and these will keep anyone from being able to push them apart and squeezing through.

This probably wasn’t the intended use, but after a cow got tangled up in my poultry net, I thought it was a goner. Thankfully, these clamps let me rebuild the net instead of having to buy a new one. They really saved the day!

These are a great option to add cables perpendicular to other cables for growing vines, hanging lights, or any other purpose. They’re well made and easy to use and they seem to hold very strong without damaging the cable.

In making a trellis for the garden I am using stainless steel cable and these clamps to hold the wire in place. The are so easy to use and hold very well. An allen wrench unscrews the set screw and insert the wires and tighten the screw. It holds well and looks great. It would be great to do a porch railing with these making a cross pattern. I made an error in the size of the wire I had and need to order smaller wire. Great clamps.

I’m using these to build a wire trellis between some fence posts. Using these to connect the wires was a breeze. The part that is much harder for this project is finding the wire in the right size! If I had realized how challenging it would be to get the correct wire size I would have bought a set that came with wire. This set also does not have the piece to fasten the wire to a post. I would say this might be best suited for somehow who has the wire and the fasteners and is just looking for some extra connectors. Think about everything that you need for your project before buying.
