I ordered this product so that I could have a broom and dustpan both upstairs and down at my new home. Overall I like it. I like the material of the bristles/broom and the rubber catch on the dustpan that makes it easier to remove hair without having to touch the broom. I'm taking off a star for two reasons:1) I wish the handles screwed in a little more securely. They loosen up over time and have to be retightened. I suppose some loctite or similar would fix that. They could also just be made to snap together rather than screw. There isn't really a reason you would want to take it apart again after assembly. It doesn't need to be made with screwing components.2) One of my dustpans has to be held at the perfect angle against the floor for the debris to go into it and not underneath. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturer defect or if it just got hot/warped during shipping. It's still usable, but a bit of an annoyance.Overall, good product for the value

I’ve had a few hip surgeries and at this time, I’m unable to bend past 90 degrees. This is a life saver! I can even pick up things like can lids. Things that you can’t pick up without being able to bend.
