These worked fine for me. However, they are limited to a 3/8 line and my fenders use 1/2" braided line. A 1/2" line won't fit through the side that grips. Although they worked OK, I'm not sure how well that they would stand up in a salt water environment in the long term. They just don't feel like they're that well made. If you're working with a 3/8' fender line and you watch them carefully, these might be just what you're looking for.

These are great!! We have a 25ft boat and use large bumpers when tying up with friends. And usually your trying to hurting so no boats are damaged, so these make getting your bumpers set Soo much faster! Our friends seen them and also want to get them!! You can tie them to your cleat or a rail or anywhere you can tie your bumper!
