I know the price seems a little high for just two refillable Keurig cups, but these are so much better than any of the other ones I've tried, I feel they are more than worth the price. They are sturdy, easy to clean, and hold more than a standard pre-filled plastic Keurig cup, so you can better control the strength of your cuppa. I thought I might need more, but since they're so very easy to clean -- a dump of the grinds and a rinse is really all you need -- you can reuse both in a matter of seconds.

I have been pretty self-conscious about the number of k-cups my household goes through in an average week. That’s just a lot of disposable, single-use plastic going into the trash, especially on those days when my partner and I both work from home. Not to mention that we’re drinking hot beverages that are brewed and served through disposable plastic — you hear about endocrine disruptors and microplastics and … ugh. It’s a bit more work, but I’m glad I went ahead and got these metal k-cup adapters. So far this seems to work really well with our Keurig. I tried getting “grind-your-own” coffee at the grocery store (as opposed to buying pre-ground coffee). I’ve also tried a couple of different grind sizes to see what works best — I love a good taste test!On the grocery store grinder, the “auto drip” setting seems to give the best results. I first tried loosely filling the k-cup about 3/4 with coffee, but the brew was a little light. Next one I filled more like 7/8 full, then I tapped the cup on the counter a few times to compact the grounds a bit. It brewed a nice cup of coffee, in the vanilla-hazelnut flavor I selected, with minimal grounds getting into my coffee cup. I’ll call that a win — I’m saving a little bit of money on each cup of coffee and no longer steeping my coffee in disposable plastic.

These are much easier to clean than my plastic mesh ones I've been using. I was able to remove the top of the pod, so I can use some force and shake out all the used coffee ground, versus the other one I was using with an attached lid.I also can tell the difference in the taste of the coffee. It seems to have a smoother taste to it. The instructions recommend using a dark roasted blend, I normally have medium roast. I just had a cup of my Sumatra and I can notice a difference in the flavor. I will be using these from now on.I appreciate that they give you two extra silicone replacement seals for later use

I'm so excited to have a solution for my ground coffee finally! These are stainless steel, with steel lids and little silicone seals to prevent spillage. So far they are working well and I'm able to enjoy more coffee options!

These JavaNest reusable K cups fit my Keurig machine like the disposable cups but allow me to choose the exact coffee I want to brew for a much cheaper price. The seal on the cups is pretty solid. There wasn't any leaking around them just in case, there are two additional seal rings that come in the package. I love that they are stainless steal, especially with all the news about plastic leeching into foods.

These reusable pods are just about the same size as the normal plastic prefilled pods. I was so scared to try again after another brand that supposedly fit all kinds of Keurig models nearly broke my machine. These pods fit perfectly into the holder and the lid closes easily. You wouldn’t even notice it’s not a prefilled K-Cup! It says to fill 3/4 or all the way to the lid which I am still experimenting with getting the fill level on these just right. The mesh is super fine but I have experienced that more medium grinds still work better. Great to have these to use my own coffees with the machine! There’s no mess afterwards and the pods are super easy to clean. The pods come with spare gaskets for the lids as well which is super handy. I didn’t notice any effect on the taste..

**EDITED after many uses of one of the cups, it started leaking from the top. I tried the other cup and it was leaking as well, even when empty. My old cups don't experience this issue, but they are slightly smaller and it could be something happened to the top of the machine where it pushes down on the lid.** Reusable K cups are the main way we brew coffee in any K cup compatible coffee maker we've had. I prefer the stainless steel versions to the plastic ones because I've found they last longer. We've had several sets of them and this so far ranks up among the best. With the exception of the red rim on the lid and the lid gasket, the entire cup is metal. The lid fits firmly into the body of the filter thanks to the thick silicone gasket. Bonus points because an additional gasket was provided for each cup.The pod sits well in the coffee maker. It works as expected for brewing and cleanup is as easy as putting it in the dishwasher. It is exactly as the product description described.

They are the correct size and they dropped right in to my individual serving coffee maker, but I don't have the original name brand, and I found that some water leaked inside the machine. I might have a slight problem with the seal in the machine because these appear just fine. It's not a big issue because after brewing the excess water dripped out of the spigot into the cup anyway, and it didn't make a mess or anything, but it takes an extra minute for all the water to drain. I have a routine that I'm very used to, and a measuring cup that I use to pour the correct amount of water, and today I noticed that the cup was not as full as normal, but the coffee was good and there wasn't any debris so I'm OK with it. The screen part has very fine holes, the silicone gasket seals well, and they even give you 2 extra gasket, so that's cool. I was looking forward to not having to buy filters constantly from now on, but the trade-off is that it takes a little extra effort to clean out so I kind of have mixed feelings about which style is my favorite. I really appreciate the opportunity to try them out, thanks.
