I like how easy it is release the pies from the pan. Very useful. I hope everyone that likes to bake will get one of these. They're amazing!

I think they are two small and thin plates, I will return them because they may need to be used once and thrown away. I don't know if the pie I made will even come out of it. Return them without using them

I got sick of all my mismatched pans for doing batch baking. I had a combo of glass and metal in different sizes so it absolutely wasn’t ideal. These were the cheapest I could find for a two pack. I got two so I’d have four pans total. They were great. I did a pate sablee crust with a wild blueberry and cream filling. The pans were great. I got a nice, even bake with no burning and they released the tarts without a problem. I should have bought a set a decade ago.

Maybe if you measure across the top and round up, you can get to 9'. The base is 8" and the height is around an inch. A single recipe of my fruit tart recipe will fill both pans. The pans I have used in prior years took a 9"pan for each recipe. Delivery was excellent, as it is with most of my Amazon deliveries. Ordering was easy. Just disappointed at the size of the pans.OK, now I've tried them and am upping my rating 2 stars. I did have to use 1 1/3 recipe for 2 pies, which was disappointing - but we got 12 small slices, and with the richness, that was plenty. I LOVED the non-stick finish. I was able to easily pop off the sides with no damage to the crust. I wasn't sure if the ridge on the bottom went up or down (I chose down, but then my pie was not runny.

These pans are on the smaller size, so the contents cook more quickly. It is nice to have two pans so I could make my ricotta tomato tarts with breadcrumb crust that came out of the pan so easily and they both looked beautiful. The price for two pans was the same as only one pan of other brands, so these were a great deal. They are slightly smaller than other tart/which pans; but that can be a plus. I made the same ricotta tomato tarts in larger pans and it took much longer to cook them because the center was still wobbly. So there are advantages to making two smaller tarts instead of one larger one. I tecommend these pans.

This is my first time using a removable lose bottom pan to make a tart with shortbread crust. The side of the pan is not very rigid. Therefore, one must use care in holding the outside of the pan while pressing the crust against the inside. I placed the tart pan on a baking sheet to avoid possible leakage. I did noticed the shortbread crust brown a little faster with this pan. I'm not sure if it is because this pan is made of steel. I would suggest to cover the edge of the crust and check it a few minutes before the end of the required baking time. I did lightly grease the pan with butter and the tart came off without sticking. I used a very wide flat spatula to remove the tart from the bottom pan. Since it is non-stick, I hand washed the pan with ease. Overall this pan is great!
