Destroy our rug on the bottom, hard to pull off.

I'm pleased with how these have been working out so far! It's been a couple of months now, and the rugs I've used these on have indeed stayed well in place on our linoleum. I haven't used them on any other type of surface so I can't speak for other materials so please keep that in mind, but for linoleum, I'd say these are a winner. They've even kept in place while I used a vacuum on the rugs previously mentioned. The glue used on these seems to do the trick, so I do endorse them.

I wanted to secure the rug in my entryway so it wouldn't slide around. Initially I just put 2 at each corner but my rug is kind of old and the backing has some damage where I previously duct taped it down, so they didn't adhere super well in that area. So, after a couple of days I felt the need to put one on each side as well. That is working better because the rug backing is in better shape. It is a little tricky to peel the papers off the grippers and it is essential that you have some fingernails to do so. I used about half of the grippers for my 5 x 7 rug.

It seems funny to put a picture of my rug to show this product, but that’s because these rug grippers work so well that my rug isn’t coming up. The rug is about 4’ by 6’ and I put two grippers in each corner and then one on each side middle. It’s been a month or two and it hasn’t moved even a bit. This is a high traffic area because my living room is also my workout space—so I’m constantly walking/jumping/dancing/high knees/etc right here. It has held strong. I would 100% recommend these rug grippers!

... but in a good way. It holds our rugs without issue. Just make sure the backing on your rug is strong for when you decide to remove it or it'll rip the rug.

I need rug grippers all around my house since we have hardwood floors. I've used a few different types, and these are my favorite so far. They are very thin, so they don't cause a bump under the rug the way others I've tried do. There is no noticeable difference under your feet. The bag claims the floor side is re-useable by applying some water to bring back the adhesive. It only says this about the floor side, so it would be for moving the same rug and not removing them to put on another rug.The pack comes with 16, which is great for the price. The photo shows you to use two per corner, which I did, but I think you could get away with one per corner if you want to save some, because the adhesive is pretty good.Very easy to apply, but I have a couple tips for installation. First off, vacuum the BOTTOM of your rug first, and the floor beneath the rug. You don't want the adhesive sticking to dust and pet hair. Next, apply them to the rug side. Then, put the rug in place BEFORE removing the floor adhesive. This allows you to set the permanent position first, rather than flipping it over while sticky and accidentally sticking to a slightly wrong spot.Overall very happy with these.

We use these all over the house! We have dogs, and they were constantly kicking up the edges of the various rugs we have around the house, or in the case of smaller ones, moving them all over! These little guys came to the rescue! Enough of them come in one pack to use several on each rug. Once they are secured, no amount of doggy torque can move them! The one exception we have found is seagrass rugs. Their composition makes it difficult for this product to adhere, and the rug ends up moving around, leaving the sticker stuck fast to the floor with tiny bits of rug left behind.

These work perfectly so far!I placed two rectangles in each corner of my rug and then stuck them down to my LVP floor. They stick well and work like a dream.I was so tired of my rug sliding halfway across the room every time my husband, kids, or cat walked on it. This solves that problem and also keeps the edges from curling on my rug.I haven't had to remove them and wash them to reuse yet, but the material feels nice and strong and like it will work just fine after washing as well. The sticky pads are thin but not so thin that they will tear or wrinkle up. I have used other brands before that were thick and they eventually got kicked and started to peel up. There is really no way for that to happen with these grippers, they are the perfect thickness.
