Perfect size for small kitchen. It contains 2 medium sized removable inner containers, 1 for trash and 1 for recycling. Each inner container is 8 gallon. Lids open separately, so no smelling stinky trash when disposing of recycling. Only negative i can find is that there's nothing that locks disposable trash bags to the inner liners. That would really help. Otherwise, it's perfect.

I love this dual trash can. You can put recycling and trash in it. It fits standard-size kitchen trash bags. It's super easy to tie the trash bags, and they don't slip. I use this every day. It really has been a game changer. Its design is very sleek and adds a fresh, vibrant look to the space. It's really beautiful and very practical. The way the trash lid slowly descends as you press or release the foot pedal shows its high quality; it opens very smoothly.

It is nice quality. The size is great for my family of 5. We have it for using in trash and also recycle items. It has a place for both regular trash as well as recycle trash too.

While I'm not sure this would be a good option for larger households, this has been the perfect trash bin for us as a 2 person household. The bin sizes aren't that big, so if you have a larger family, you'd be taking out the trash a lot unless you use both sides for garbage. We opted to use one side for recycling, which has worked out perfect for us.It's sleek and modern and looks nice in our kitchen, as we don't have a spot to tuck this away. It looks much nicer than our previous trash can. The lids close softly and quietly, and it's easy to tuck the bag in on the sides. It even has a spot on the inside of the lid where you can put something to keep odor down.I think the price point of this for what you're getting is perfect!

OK, it’s a garbage can – but an incredible garbage can! This stainless steel trash can looks great in the kitchen. With 2 buckets and dual pedals to open the lids, you can easily separate the garbage and/or recycling. It is a soft close so the top is not snapping down, and each side can stay open on its own. Both buckets are removeable, so each is easy to clean or empty. Was exactly what I was looking for. At 16 gallons, would recommend that you be sure to measure the space where you intend to put this trash can since it is on the large size roughly 20 x 13 x 26. If you have a smaller kitchen or limited space you may need a smaller size. Highly recommend!
