The monitor is good, because there is no TV in my restaurant. Sometimes when I drink alone at night, I can turn on the TV to watch football games, NBA, World Cup qualifiers. It is a great choice, easy to install, performs like a computer, and has a moderate size. I highly recommend it.

This is the slowest tablet I’ve ever owned. I don’t recommend at all, it glitches and it is definitely not worth the $300, it’s not even worth $50 in my opinion.

It just what needed. I wanted something big to hold in my lap. I like large print and the games better when you play them. My families and I love it!

The adjustable floor stand is one ofmy favor. It makes really convenient for me. I leave this in my kitchen. I love what I did last week was that I was able to use this got on line, followed the on line recipe, baked my salmon, chicken and couple other dishes. It was so nice. My schedule is usually tight so I like usually multitasking, I watch/listen to the news channel while I prep / cooking my meal. The screen is just right size for what I need. I also like the touch screen function. The only thing is that I hoping to include was camera but Since I have camera on my phone so It did not bother. I love share screen between my phone and this screen.

I had high expectations for this tablet to use as a touchscreen catalog and ordering station for my business. I was a bit disappointed in the speed and functionality of the android device. I feel like it runs very slow and I couldn't stream anything, so it's more of a display tablet. The stand is okay, but the ball head on the top didn't lock in place well. It's okay for the right purpose.

Arrived well-packaged and protected from damage, this is obviously commercial quality equipment that is heavy and solid. The screen is bright and arrived without any scratches and started right up with a tap on the power button on the back. The lack of instructions made assembling this more difficult than it should have been, and after plugging it in to charge for an hour before getting started with the mount, I was surprised to find that it doesn't have a battery and only works when plugged in with a relatively short power cable to a small power brick. No battery. The screen is very bright and clear, and the EShare app makes it easy to control the screen display for ad displays or just showing images in order. The speakers completely lack the volume to work in an open space like a store. It does let you access the Google Play Store to install Android apps, but I ran into compatibility issues with several I tried. It appears stuck at Android 11, updated circa 2021, and didn't find any newer updates. The only real software issue I came into was WIfi turning itself off, even when I manually set it to auto-connect in settings. This happened several times and with 2 different networks.Overall, the tablet was passable for an older Android device, but the stand/mount it came with was a different matter altogether. The stand includes a solid, heavy steel base which will likely keep the tablet upright on the floor. It also contains 3 sections of black metal tubes threaded to connect and provide adequate height for the device. I put the sections together without any issues, then added the VESA mount that connects to the back of the tablet with 4 included robust screws. But when it came time to attach the base to the VESA mount, I ran into trouble. Instead of being heavy-duty like the rest of the base and mount, the ball-and-socket on the back of the mount was thin plastic and was screwed in using a threaded plastic ring to hold it together. No amount of tightening would make the connection solid, leading the tablet to "nod" downwards from the mount and face toward the floor. It's a critical flaw in the stated mission for this combo.Since the mount itself is solid, I don't doubt you could mount this onto a wall or a monitor mount using a VESA mount - but the connector it comes with is simply not up to the task.In a nutshell, solid hardware with good brightness and a very large display that has good software to do in-store advertising. The lack of a battery drastically limits its usefulness and potential placements. The mounting collar is not appropriate to use this in-store.UPDATE 6/26/2024The vendor saw my review, emailed me, and offered to send a replacement stand to address the problems I had had with the defective original not standing up properly and sagging towards the floor. The replacement worked just as advertised, holding the tablet up as expected and having no sagging problem whatsoever. I was impressed with the quick response to the review and the fact I had the new stand in hand less than a week later. With this stand, I can readily recommend this tablet, with the only negative being that the tablet has no battery and cannot work without being plugged in. But, other than that, this is a excellent combo for in house advertising. Excellent response!
