This works great! It was super easy to install and does exactly what it is advertised to do. It provides plenty of heat in the sauna and warms up fast. This panel was the exact size of my bench seat panels, so it fit perfectly! A great value and price also!

One of the original units stopped working a few months and after only using a few times. We could not find the reason the unit would stop as they are relatively simple pieces. Who knows. Vendor customer service worked to get problem resolved and we received a replacement unit. I own a manufacturing company and so quality is number one with us. If my customers have any issues, a replacement unit is out the door immediately. Probably one of the reasons we have had the same customers for decades. Going back and forth with this vendor was a little irritating, but they eventually stood behind their product even after it was out of a very limited warranty. The warranty plan might be beneficial as these units are different than what you might get in a high end sauna that you buy complete, and if something does go wrong, might be a little easier to resolve. But just my opinion.

This is put together that it should stand vertically.. the wood stays on the back are not complete to lay horizontally. The wires are fabric covered and ready for connection. I have not gotten a spot to place it yet.The panel is very thin on it's own. It does get very hot to the touch.. Very efficient and would make a good radiant source of heat.
