Just the right size, not too loud, strong engine, fast and easy to use.The one down size is that it needs a break every 3-4 minutes to not overheat but its so good that unless im making pistachio paste its rarely an issue. i got this and the blender for 179 so basically it cost me less than 100$ so for that price point i feel super happy with my purchase and really couldn't ask for better

Bought this because I liked the size and the attachment variety. I have a smaller cuisinart that is over 30 years old that still works great but the shoot is small and size is small. First impression was shocked at how light the base was compared to my smaller cuisinart. The dough blade which I doubt I’d use much at all was extremely thin cheap plastic. Used it for the first time and of course didn’t read the instructions because how difficult could it be?? Got the lid on but of course it wouldn’t start because I didn’t line it up right and then it was a bugger to get off again. Thought I was going to break it. In comparison my old one, you could only put it on one way…the right way! Managed to pry it off and used the blade to coarsely chop some chunks of cooked chicken to make chicken salad. I put in bout 1 1/2 breasts worth so just covering the bottom. When I turned it on it did shake side to side a lot and I had to hold it down. I think because of the very light base and the light weight of the chicken swinging around. Sort of like when you only do a small load of laundry and the machine gets out of balance when it spins. In comparison my little heavy old machine would never shake. This was my only time using the machine so far. No regrets buying it so far because it was much less expensive than other brands. Not a machine I’d use a lot. I don’t think I’d use it for bread dough ever because of the cheap blade and it would probably shake like crazy

I ordered this and the blade holder was missing. I contacted them and not only did they promptly send a replacement but followed up with an email asking me if everything if everything was now in good working condition. Very pleased with the product and the service. So far it’s my favorite food processor!

This machine was total garbage. I made one batch of pesto on my first use and two parts snapped off of it and it wouldn't lock anymore so I would not start. Phoned the after sales number for the company. I could hardly hear the rep, sounded like she was on in a car. She just kept sending me videos. Sending it back to Amazon tomorrow.

I bought this for making pie crust. I am terrible at it. It turned out wonderful and was far quicker than the pastry cutter method. Looking forward to trying other things with it like French fries or veggie slices. I doubt I will use the cheese grater since its easier to toss my box grater in the dishwasher but you never know!

My son recently asked for home-made French Fries. This food processor quickly slices potatoes into Fries saving me the time and effort of slicing them by hand.The food processor has a large 14 cup work bowl. I like the bowl has a wide opening at the top so it's easy to work with.It comes with 2 blades - 1 dough and 1 chopping. It also has 5 blades that slide into the disc - 1 fine shredding, 1 course shredding, 1 thin slicing, 1 thick slicing and 1 French Fry slicer.I am finding that there is a learning curve to using the food processor. The first time I used it I struggled with finding the best attachment for my purposes. As I am learning which works best for my intended purpose it is making slicing and mixing faster and easier.The unit comes apart for cleaning. I wish there was a storage bag for storing the pieces.The base of the unit is large, this helps keep the unit steady. There are also four suction cups on the bottom that helps keep it in place.It has two speeds and a pulse option.Ensure that all your pieces are locked into place or the unit will not spin.The feed chute is large and opens up if you need to place larger items like potatoes in side.We are prepping meals for the campground. I like using it for shredding cheese and quickly slicing vegetables. I find that although it is easy to clean, there are a lot of parts and it is time consuming so I find that I use it only when I'm prepping large amounts vegetables and cheese.

This food processor is amazing. So powerful. I purchased for the unbelievable 14 cup capacity and it has been a dream for my canning chores. Unfortunately, a small part of the bowl broke but when I called customer service and filled out the email, the replacement bowl was at my doorsteps within 48 hours!! I am so happy with the Maggico company. The people I spoke with over the phone were so pleasant too.
