I dislike because I can’t send back just the earbuds that aren’t working to be replaced. My grandson loves the MP3 player, therefore he doesn’t want to part with it for me to send it all back & wait for it to come back as only the earbuds don’t work. Therefore, I’m having to buy a separate set of earbuds for it for him ! I’m very disappointed in the company as I’m unable thru Amazon or them to just send back the earbuds as they’re a separate piece of equipment. The MP3 player works great, so that doesn’t end to be replaced.

From day one I only got about 10 hours time via wired headsets and 2 hours via blue-tooth headsets.READ description page closely...you only have a 30 day return policy.Kudos to the seller though, i contacted them about the battery issue [after 30 days] and they quickly sent me a new one! Bad news...the blue tooth battery time is still about 2 hours.If you don't use blue tooth you may want to consider this mp3. Good; sound, functions, and gb.

I bought this MP3 player to connect to a bluetooth speaker in my bathroom. I like music when I shower. Anyhow, this thing is impossible to use. First, it is no way user friendly. The instructions are worthless. There is an up and a down arrow on the front but those are only for volume. You use the rewind, play and forward buttons to move thru a list. I still haven't figured out how to just bring up music when I turn it on. I end up going thru a bunch of options and sometimes get to "resume." Most times, the thing shuts off and disconnects from bluetooth. I spend more time trying to get the thing to play music than I do in the shower. It's just not worth it.

Interface is terrible, only recognized half the music loaded, bad sound quality...I mean, it's a cheap mp3 player but it should at least recognize the songs loaded. If I go through the file Explorer, they are there and I can play them from the file explorer...but doesn't find them in artists, or albums,or songs lists. Better headphone helped a bit, but still sounds 👎. The Microsoft card keeps needing reformatted...this reminds me of a lab project...not a well developed commercial product.

Got it, unpacked it, really nice unit. Connected to my computer, loaded MP3s. When I hit play, it said file not supported for all but one. Did some research on Google and called a friend who sighed and said it's an old technology and the sample rate has to be changed on the MP3s which is what a few things on the web said. I tried to see if you could change it on the player, couldn't find anything. The instruction manual is a joke so don't count on that but I normally don't need them anyway for things that don't need a deep dive. My MP3s play on multiple computers, countless phones, a non blu tooth mp3 player so I know they're fine. Bottom line is I'm not a compuiter programmer, I don't WANT to be a computer programmer, I just want to load MP3s and play them. Returned it.

Very poorly designed and cheap. Charging cable broke first time. Buttons make no sense, left is down and right is up and up and down are volume, unless you are on the main menu then they work correctly. No way to load anything onto it without a card reader. No instructions. Connects fine and sounds fine.

Hubby was in rehab after stroke and needed a simple way to listen to his music. This was small enough we hooked it to a lanyard and hung around his neck. Simple to use and loud enough for him to hear! Loved it!
