This battery pack is actually labeled as a LiPo one, not Li-Ion. I'm not real sure what one is accurate, but either way, it makes little difference since this includes a charger.The one flaw I see on this is that where the wires go attach to the battery pack is very flimsy. Couple that with the thin wires in the attached leads, you get a situation where I can see them getting broken off at some point.Speaking of the thin wires, that means this is only good for rather low current applications. It's also a 3S configuration, so it's not suitable for most ham radio transceivers, but can be used for auxiliary equipment that doesn't need a full 13.8 volts.Even with the flaws, it's still a very useful battery pack, and could even possibly used to rebuild old Ni-Cd or NiMH battery packs.Overall, a thumbs up from me, even though there's a few weak points.

great kit - easy to install, good set of connectors. solid 12v unit, and it will likely get a lot of use as it helps small clients stay power redundant if not run on their own. big fan, would probably order again even if I don't use all the connectors.
