How to Install:
1.Please remove the holster before installation.
2.Fix the reducer on the gear motor with four screws.
3.Install the keyway at the keyway opening.
4.Plug the speed controller and gear motor together (main wire to main wire).
5.Unscrew the two AC screws on the back of the speed controller.
6.Connect single-phase power to both AC ports (without distinguishing between zero and fire wires) and tighten the screws.
7.Turn the speed control knob to adjust the motor speed.
8.Install the bracket(not included) on the motor.

I am waiting for a warranty motor for my Jet drum sander. I was told it will be a 3 month wait. I bought this motor that has a 40% thicker drive-shaft so I think it may be more durable than the original. The motor does get a little warm when I run the conveyor belt for an hour or more. I just had to make a couple to compensate for the difference in shaft sizes. The price on this motor is about one fifth the price of what Jet wants for a new motor.

Needed a variable speed motor to run a 8 foot diameter homemade ferris-wheel in a Christmas display, this worked perfectly for the application. I was able to also find a belt pulley that fit the shaft on the motor and the size of belt that was on the ferris-wheel already. Wiring of the motor was a little questionable as the instructions are in Chinese, so I had to discover by trial and error how to connect the "ground" from the speed control to the motor to make it work. Not sure why the ground wire isn't included in the plug harness with the other wires. Motor doesn't have much torque though, so while it will make something move, I doubt it would work if there's much load to move or resistance in what's being turned. Variable speed works great, can turn very slowly.
