The plastic is flexible and sticks on well. It is disposable and replaceable. Should last longer than the super rest. The rest arm is a little tight, so the arrow sits above the plastic shelf...less friction. the nock locator needs to be set for proper level. The part that holds the arrow from falling off can be trimmed to seat the arrow lower and be like a thicker super rest.The offset tab changes center shot on a wood riser. The tab can be trimmed off for better center shot (to right or left). Offset tab useful with a metal riser, but may need some build up.

The double sided tape to attach to the bow does not work. The red peel off part will not come off. if the idea is me to get my own then I would go with any other product. This is a waste of money but more importantly a waste of time
