The hat was as advertised. Since my head measurement was right on the boarder, I ordered the next size up, and using one supplied fit adjuster, it fits perfectly! The quality is awesome and I can't wait to put it through its paces on my outdoor adventures here in Western Washington State!!!

Personally, I have a hard time shopping for certain items online. Hats is one of those. I feel I need to try it on to see how it looks and goes with my face. What is the quality? It took me a long time to "pull the trigger" on this purchase but I'm glad I finally did. The hat is beautiful. The wool felt is soft and pliable andthe fit is dead on. The moment I put the hat on and looked in the mirror I was super excited (I love hats if you can't tell) and immediately feel in love. Gorgeous hat. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful hat company. I'd been looking for a "Australian style" fedora for a long time and NEVER had satisfactory luck with the Chinese knock offs. This is an excellent hat, made in Ecuador100% wool felt. Fit description on the order page is spot on. I have a big head and was never able to purchase a hat on line that had an acceptable fit. This one fits like a glove and is comfortable to wear. Another big surprise was that it was shipped in a really nice, reusable dedicated hat box. Hat retained it's shape and was not jammed in a too small shipping box. Only shortcoming, it doesn't have a satin liner. I'm will be buying another in a different color. I highly recommend.

OK I've 2 of these: moss, and black, like 'em both, esp since they have a yesteryear look and luxy feel, but not cowboy even tho I'm urban, play country music. I don't like the Stetson's look. Make sure your fit is exact size. One is sl too large, second sl too small. Bigalli sent me free sizers for the larger. Maybe I'll get them steamed to fit exactly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the brim is not stiff in the wind, so the larger one even with sizers tends to fly. The "Nubuck" band is meh, a little cheezy. For that money should have a better band. They feel so good won't leave the house without one.

I have a big head and a lot of hair that make finding a brimmed hat difficult. I ordered an x large and was so happy with the fit and overall look. I get compliments every day I wear the hat.
