We have developed a unique form of color and packaging for our products. To provide greater efficiency, quality, value and convenience for the decorator we created Soft Gel Paste, a pourable, highly concentrated gel, breaking with the industry standard of a hard paste in a jar. We purposefully chose a bottle that looked different from anything else on the market—a squeezable bottle with a flip-top cap. This allows color to be dispensed in individual drops for clean and easy to repeat control from one application to the next. These highly concentrated soft gel food colors are formulated with the necessary die concentration levels needed to achieve the most vibrant and brilliant shades. Soft Gel Paste colors have a viscosity that offers the convenience of a pour-able gel, making it easier to measure amounts or duplicate shades. Only a small amount is needed to tint icing, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, or dough without affecting the consistency, and it will not break down buttercream or non-dairy icings like liquid colors. Product made in the United States.

I used a whole bottle to color my cake. I could have used a bit more but the cake was really big! I think it's a good product. The icing did not taste funky after adding so much color.

This dye is very vibrant! I used it to dye my cream cheese frosting and got some on my fingers and they were very stained so I recommend doing these about a day before your event to try to get the color out of skin if you come in contact. The navy blue cupcakes I made kept getting compliments on the color and I will forsure buy from this company again it was very easy use and good quality.

I used this navy blue coloring to make these homemade Cookie Monster cookies. I absolutely love the way the color turned out. This brand of colors are very rich and pigmented which is what I love. It may be slightly pricey but you won’t go wrong using this brand!! I’ve seen some brands shades that aren’t as flattering as this one. This is top tier in my eyes!

To get the dark blue, you have to use more of the product. On my first batch of apples, I only used a teaspoon, and the color came out as a bright light blue color. My second batch came out darker because I used more of the coloring. This is a great product.

I loved the colour but needed to add quite a bit of the product plus a lot of black in order to get the navy blue I needed

My daughter runs cake business. She needed a navy blue, but there was none to be had near us. After much searching and a little trepidation, she had me order this for her. This is EXACTLY the color it says it is. It's a beautiful navy blue that turns out nicely EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We've also found that, like the reds, you can sometimes get a bit of taste when trying to blend colors to make a good navy which may have something to do with the brand. At any rate, there is no taste at all with this. She is very satisfied and will use this again.
