Supposed to be ring shank and arrived in cheap box that deteriorated after delivery and light rain before I got home. I didn’t realize the nails were smooth shank until the weekend and nails rusted somewhat. Permit Inspector wouldn’t accept using.

Rusty nails out of the box. Would hate to see what they look like in 5-10 tears holding a roof together.

These nails are being advertised as "Hot Dipped", but when I received them and upon opening the box, I discovered that several individual nails on 4-5 different coils were already rusted. Hot dipped galvanized nails are supposed to last for 30-50 years without rust or corrosion regardless of environmental or seasonal conditions. I wouldn't give these 30-50 days!. I would like to hear from the seller of these nails to find out why these are being advertised as "Hot Dipped". This is false advertising. Buyers beware!
