Tephrocactus articulatus var. inermis is a unique, spine-free cactus with pine cone–like segments, native to Argentina. It's low-maintenance, thrives in full sun, needs minimal watering, and can easily propagate from dropped segments. It may produce pale yellow or white flowers in spring.
