The Air Lift 57595 LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Spring Kit is built for RAM truck owners who need serious rear suspension support for heavy loads. Designed for 2003–2013 RAM 2500 and 2003–2018 RAM 3500 trucks, this kit includes massive 7" double-bellows air springs that deliver up to 7,500 lbs. of load-leveling capacity. It helps reduce squat, sway, and bottoming out when towing or hauling, and improves overall handling and braking performance. The bolt-on installation requires no frame drilling and is compatible with most 5th wheel and gooseneck hitches.
